Service Terms & Payment Policy

By booking, paying, or receiving lessons from Dovetail Driving School, it is understood you agree with these terms and conditions.

Lessons

1. If you have any medical condition that may affect your driving, inform the instructor prior to the lesson
2. Students, at the time of the lesson, must not be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.
3. Shoes are not essential for operating a vehicle in WA; if no shoes are preferred, wearing clean socks is requested.

Prices

1. Prices are as stated on the website. Refusing a discount can offend some, so requesting is discouraged.
2. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit. Instalment arrangements may be offered. This agreement doesn’t reduce or delay the obligation to pay in full.
3. Payment is requested by bank transfer prior to the first lesson.
4. For any unpaid lessons, after reasonable attempts to resolve the matter, the issue will be referred to debt collectors. This charge will be at the student’s expense.

Cancellations

1. Last-minute or late Cancellations, or “no show”, will result in a fee.  At least 24 hours’ notice must be given.
2. Refunds, or partial refunds, are offered for unused lessons.
